Lester and Macgillivray Present at OTLA Spring Conference

On Friday May 25, 2018, White Macgillivray Lester LLP attended the annual Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Spring Conference. The OTLA Spring Conference is the largest personal injury lawyer and law clerk conference in Ontario, attended by hundreds of lawyers and clerks from across the province (and across the country).
For the first time, the conference included specialized tracks in Motor Vehicle Accidents, Advocacy and Medical Malpractice. Duncan Macgillivray was Conference Co-Chair and spoke about the the Top 10 Accident Benefit Decisions during the Motor Vehicle Accident Track and about What’s New in Catastrophic during the Law Clerks Track.
Dan Lester spoke about the Minor Injury Guideline during the Motor Vehicle Accident Track.
