Spencer’s First Month at White Macgillivray Lester

My first month of summer employment at White Macgillivray Lester LLP has been an excellent experience.
The firm has provided me with a great work environment and an amazing culture. They bestow the essential tools needed to learn and grow with adequate structure of work and training; while discovering what cases actually involve.
The firm values a stringent work ethic and dedication to detail, but also ensures we maintain a healthy work-life balance. We are a part of a bigger team. Social activities such as group lunches and evenings out for team building activities, ensure that we work hard, but take time to enjoy success as a team.
In just a short amount of time, each of the partners and associates have provided valuable tasks such as writing: legal memorandums, factums, client letters, chronologies, as well as firsthand experience in discoveries and client meetings. The firm also values giving back to the community through initiatives like the Bike Helmet Rally.
Overall, the firm makes you feel like you’re a valued member of the team while providing excellent education and experience.
