Dan Lester helps accident victims in Northern Ontario. He has chosen to devote his career to Plaintiff Personal Injury work in Northern Ontario. He lives with his family in Thunder Bay.
Dan spent his articling year working for the Superior Court Judges of Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario.
Dan is a regular sessional professor at Lakehead University, Faculty of Law, in Thunder Bay. He currently teaches Legal Research and Writing and Civil Practice. He has also taught Professional Responsibility and Alternative Dispute Resolution in the past.
Dan also coaches the Lakehead University, Faculty of Law’s Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Moot Competition Team, where he prepares law students for a trial advocacy competition that focuses on personal injury.
Dan Lester sits on the Brain Injury Association of Thunder Bay and Area (“BIATBA”) Board of Directors and is a past member of the Thunder Bay “AAA” Kings Board of Directors.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys running and cross-country skiing with his dog, Hunter, playing squash and hockey, and spending time with his family.

Dan is a plaintiff injury lawyer. He represents accident victims who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall accidents. He also represents people who have been denied Long Term Disability benefits and Canada Pension Plan-Disability (CPP-D) benefits.
